Curry Onion Rings (Vegan!)
serves 2 cups / prep time 15 min / cooking time 15 min
In a large mixing bowl, pour Concord Fresh Success Tempura Style Onion Ring Batter mix along with curry and garlic powder. Whisk until combined. Add water and mix until smooth.
Separate the onion slices into rings and dip them into the batter. Allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
Heat 2 to 3 inches of avocado oil over medium heat. To test if the oil is hot enough, dip a wooden spoon or chopstick into the oil and look for bubbles to appear.
Fry the battered rings until golden brown (1-2 minutes). Remove and rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Enjoy!
